HTC On-Line HTC On-Line is an internet based management system which allows you to look at your parents accounts with us. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no extra charge to you.
• Check your parents repayments to us • View diary notes to monitor contact between parents and HTC • Alter parents’ addresses and bank details • Produce management reports HTC On-Line is being rapidly developed to allow for more transactional processing and by the autumn term of 2007 all schools will be required to submit their renewal instructions through HTC On-Line.
