HTC Online is an internet based management system which allows you to look at your parents' accounts with us. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no extra charge to you.



 

Using HTC Online you can:

  • Renew your parents' agreements with us
  • Process mid-term adjustments (extras, bursaries, discounts etc.)
  • Check your parents' repayments to us - look out for any late payers
  • View diary notes to monitor contact between parents and HTC
  • Alter parents' details such as provide an up to date address
  • Produce management reports
