I have been a user of HTC (Holmwoods as we still call it) for 15 years in three schools. It is a straightforward and reliable system of allowing parents to spread their fees and is now the only system of staged payments that we offer our parents. In some cases it has been useful to guide parents to HTC to help them through short-term difficulties and every parent on the system that I have spoken to has told of their appreciation of what it can offer.
