Michael joined HTC as Managing Director in July 2006. Prior to his appointment he spent more than six years working for two UK awarding bodies; the City & Guilds of London Institute and Edexcel. Much of his role at both companies was expanding their respective operations overseas so Michael spent much of his time meeting with schools, universities, companies and government bodies in the Far East, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australasia.
During his earlier professional career Michael held a number of commercial roles in business development and marketing and he was fortunate in being given the opportunity to work and live abroad in Australia, Mexico and the United States.
