It is a straightforward and reliable system of allowing parents to spread their fees and is now the only system of staged payments that we offer our parents. In some cases it has been useful to guide parents to HTC to help them through short-term difficulties and every parent on the system that I have spoken to has told of their appreciation of what it can offer.
Lisa joined HTC as Operations and Credit Control Manager in September 2009 with over 20 years experience originally; in the Insurance market and then in the Financial Services industry.
Lisa started her working life as an insurance clerk with Friend’s Provident and then being quickly moved to their London office to support the Sales Team. Gaining valuable experience Lisa then worked in a broker’s office before returning to run a team of Sales Support and Administration team at what was then Eagle Star. More recently her experiences includes working in a Premium Finance company; initially as Operations Manager running up to 5 teams with more than 50 staff managing the day to day processes and ensuring a high standard of customer service was achieved. Lisa was then seconded to their IT department analysing the needs of the business to ensure the systems, processes and training required to meet their plans were built and sufficiently supported.
Lisa lives in Surrey and enjoys running, playing netball and mountain biking.
